Please review our service policies and guidelines. Your trust!
These policies outline how we care for your garments, how service expectations are handled, and how claims or delays are managed. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
Welcome to Dry & Clean. By utilizing our garment care and laundering services, you explicitly agree to be bound by the stipulations set forth within this agreement. This document constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Dry & Clean regarding the processing of your garment.
2.1. Scheduling: Our representatives will endeavor to collect and deliver items according to the preferred time slots selected by the Client. While we strive for punctuality, delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
2.2. Receipt of Goods: Upon collection, our staff will conduct a preliminary visual assessment of the garments. Any pre-existing flaws, wear, or manufacturer defects noted at this stage will be documented.
2.3. Client Responsibility: It is the Client’s obligation to ensure that all pockets are emptied and that any specific care instructions are communicated to our team prior to processing.
3.1. Inherent Risks: The Client acknowledges that certain cleaning processes involve the use of chemical agents, water, and mechanical action. While we employ industry-leading techniques, we cannot assume liability for:
Inherent Defects: Weak fabrics, unstable dyes, or buttons/sequins that are not securely fastened by the manufacturer.
Colorfastness: Variations in color or shrinkage that occur due to the nature of the textile, despite adherence to care labels.
3.2. Maximum Liability: In the event of loss or damage directly attributable to our negligence, the Company’s total liability shall be strictly limited to three (3) times the cost of the cleaning service fee paid for the specific item, or the actual cash value of the item (whichever is lower). We do not accept liability for sentimental or consequential loss.
4.1. By submitting your garments, you affirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized agent of the owner of the items.
4.2. You agree to indemnify and hold Dry & Clean harmless against any claims arising from the presence of sharp objects, flammable materials, or hazardous substances left in your garments.
4.3. Valuables: We strongly advise against leaving money, jewelry, or other personal effects in your laundry. The Company bears no responsibility for such items.
5.1. Inspection Period: All items must be inspected by the Client immediately upon delivery. Any grievance regarding the quality of workmanship or missing articles must be reported to us in writing within twenty four (24) hours of receipt.
5.2. No Liability Post-Period: Failure to notify us within the stipulated 24-hour timeframe shall constitute your full acceptance of the service, and we shall be relieved of any further responsibility regarding the order.
5.3. Abandoned Property: If garments remain uncollected for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of completion, they shall be deemed abandoned. Dry & Clean reserves the right to dispose of or donate such items without further notice or compensation.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in operational procedures or legal requirements. The most current version of these terms will govern all future transactions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this agreement remains in full force and effect.
